Definition of copper busbar: Copper busbar, also known as copper busbar, is a hard busbar. Copper busbars are used as current-transmitting copper bars. Copper busbars have good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no low temperature brittleness, easy welding, and easy pressure processing.

Copper busbar welding points:

1. The allowable ambient temperature of the copper busbar welding site is above 5 °C;

2. The protective gas is argon;

3. Select HS201 pure copper wire for copper busbar welding wire, add gas welding flux CJ301, mix CJ301 into a paste with absolute ethanol (alcohol) before welding, and then brush it on the groove surface of the weldment;

4. Heat the welding wire and stick to CJ301 before welding;

5. Selection of welding process parameters, manual tungsten argon arc welding adopts DC positive polarity;

6. The electric welding machine should have good performance, flexible current adjustment and easy operation;

7. The preheating method of copper busbar adopts electric heating and flame heating;

8. Preheat temperature selection, thickness δ

9. Welding under restraint conditions should be avoided as much as possible, the interlayer temperature in the welding process should be strictly controlled, and the welding should be performed with a small swing and small line energy;

10. The welding seam shall be spot-fixed, the length shall not be less than 10mm, the number of spot-fixing shall be evenly distributed, and the number of spot-fixing shall not be less than 3;

11. Multi-layer multi-pass welding process should be used for welding with thickness δ>4mm;

12. The black spots caused by the high temperature during welding should be cleaned up in time, and the cleaning between layers should be carried out with stainless steel wire brushes;

13. The quality of spot welding should be checked in time before welding, and welding can be carried out only after the inspection confirms that there is no defect;

14. Strengthen the intermediate inspection process, such as: after tack welding, between the weld layers and after all welding, all must be inspected, and strictly follow the welding process requirements to ensure the welding quality of copper busbars.
