Customized Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Deep Drawn Stamping Car Parts
Metal deep drawing, also known as drawing or calendering, mainly relies on the pressure of a press to process metal materials through stamping dies.
Features of the workpiece produced by stamping and drawing: light, thin, evenly distributed, and strong compressive resistance.
Manufacturing process of metal drawing parts:
1. Bending: a stamping process in which the sheet is rolled along the bending line into corresponding aspects and styles.
2. Partial forming: a stamping process that uses various types of partial deformation to change the shape of the blank or stamping part (including reverse edge, bulging, leveling and shaping processes, etc.).
3. Stretching: a stamping process that changes the plan sheet into various open hollow parts, or further changes the shape and specifications of the hollow parts.
4. Cold stamping: separate stamping process (including punching machine, blanking, edge blanking, cutting, etc.) for the sheet material.
