Among them, the stretching coefficient is one of the main technical parameters in the calculation of the production process of the stretched parts, and is usually used to determine the sequence and times of stretching.

There are many factors that affect the draw coefficient m, including the characteristics of the drawn part, the relative thickness of the material, the drawing method (with or without the blank support), the drawing time, the drawing speed, the punch radius and die, lubrication, etc. In addition, in the production process of drawing parts, when drawing cracks occur, apply lubricant on the die (not in the punch), and apply a plastic film of 0.013-0.018 mm on the die side of the workpiece.

During the stretching process, cold work hardening occurs due to the cold plastic deformation of the workpiece, which reduces its plasticity and increases its deformation resistance and hardness. In addition, unreasonable mold design requires intermediate annealing to soften the metal and restore plasticity. Annealing is usually performed at low temperatures. There are two things to be aware of in annealing: decarburization and oxidation. After the workpiece is oxidized, the oxide scale will reduce the effective thickness of the workpiece and increase the wear of the mold. When the company has no conditions, the ordinary annealing method is generally used. In order to reduce the production of oxide scale, the furnace should be fully annealed as much as possible.
