(4) The deep drawing die is prone to adhesion lumps, resulting in serious scratches on the outer diameter of the parts.
(5) When deep drawing, it is difficult to achieve the desired shape.
The steps of surface treatment of metal stamping parts:
1. First, you need to clean the surface from stamping compound and grinding oil.
2. Then, apply an organic or inorganic sealant.
Rinse with deionized water.
3. Finally, to remove the moisture, you can put it in the oven or let it dry.
